Greet your attendees with a cool oshiburi towel, our Hydration Bar featuring freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices, herbal teas and electrolyte enhanced waters, and invite your attendees to drop their travel tensions with a therapeutic targeted chair massage on the neck, shoulders and back by our highly skilled therapists.
Wellness Reset
Transition from travel, work or busy home life with an afternoon or early evening group exercise class that brings balance to both the physical and mental being, featured in our stunning yoga or multipurpose group exercise studios. Choose from Restorative Yoga, 360 Stretch or Breathing & Meditation.
Spa On Arrival
Our extensive menu of spa services includes some of the most time-honored ritualistic therapies, current innovative and effective technology experiences, healing massage modalities, holistic and advanced skincare and more. The spa can present the best service options based on time, size of group and budget.
Spa Day Pass
Day passes include complimentary fitness classes for the day, the use of the locker rooms equipped with Salt Halogenerator Room, Co-ed Sauna, Chromatherapy Quiet Room, Healthy Waters and Teas, and day of discount at the spa on individually booked services.

Sound Bath Healing
A very special healing experience that your group attendees are sure to remember! This deeply immersive, full-body meditative listening experience intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

Morning Energizer
Kick off or raise the morning energy in your meeting with an unexpected dose of movement and fun. Our uplifting fitness professional will put smiles on their faces and vigor in their minds and bodies with these powerful 15 minutes of wellness. These engaging sessions are guaranteed to be a memorable experience for your attendees.
Afternoon Recharge
Recharge, Reset & Refocus. Counter the afternoon lull with an executive movement session that will teach your attendees posture and stretch exercises, useful to bring into their daily workspace. Stretch session is followed by 5 minutes of breathing and meditation to re-center for the rest of the day. Option to add massage therapists for chair massage by the refreshment station.
